Deliveroo Continues Retail Growth With Expansion Into Stationery Through Exclusive Ryman Partnership

LONDON, 28th May 2026: Deliveroo today announces an exclusive partnership with Ryman, marking the first time a national stationer has joined the platform. The move is another milestone in the rapid scaling of Deliveroo Shopping, as the company captures a booming new category in on-demand retail. 

The partnership taps into a surge in consumer appetite for on-demand office and stationery supplies, with Deliveroo seeing a near 40% increase in orders during 2025 when compared to the previous year*. By onboarding 185 Ryman stores, nearly the entire estate, Deliveroo is continuing to focus on growing the New Verticals side of the business. 

Launching just in time for exam season, customers nationwide will now have access to over 4,000 items for delivery, with Ryman looking to build a stronger omnichannel and digital proposition by expanding into on-demand delivery for the first time. 

With stationery demand spiking by over 30% during UK exam season last year** Deliveroo has become the ultimate safety net for students and professionals alike. Whether it’s a revision-saving delivery of fresh highlighters, or an emergency restock of office necessities, customers can now have stationery, office supplies, technology and gifting delivered to their doorstep in as little as 25 minutes.

Ryman orders will be supported by both Deliveroo Shopping and Deliveroo Express; its white-label, on-demand delivery solution which allows customers to order directly through the Ryman website or app at checkout. By leveraging Deliveroo’s logistics technology and extensive rider network, Deliveroo Express drives new delivery solutions for grocers and retailers, supporting further growth for partners.

Ryman joins the growing list of retailers partnering with Deliveroo Shopping to unlock rapid delivery of retail items, whatever the occasion. Since its launch in November 2023, Deliveroo Shopping has rapidly increased its offering, providing customers with access to a wide range of retail on the platform.
