Floating Sound Bath at Jesus Green Lido
Duration:Â Approximately 90 minutes. Immersive sound bath typically lasts 45 minutes to an hour.
What to expect:
Experience a deeply relaxing floating sound bath designed to help you unwind, release tension and reconnect with a sense of calm. You’ll be gently guided onto a float in the pool before settling into a soothing meditation followed by an immersive sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and therapeutic instruments.
The session ends with a gentle awakening meditation, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and relaxed.
Support is provided throughout the experience from trained staff.
