At Wootton Grange, Allison Homes East will host its ‘Your Next Move, Simplified’ event on Saturday 6th June, from 10am to 5pm. Designed for buyers looking to upgrade their home this summer, the event will focus on the support available through Part Exchange and Ezymove, Allison Homes East’s Assisted Sale scheme.
Visitors will be able to explore the development’s three, four and five bedroom homes, visit the Move With Us hub, map out their move and book a valuation on the day.
Through Part Exchange, buyers can receive 100 per cent market value for their existing property, with Allison Homes East acting as the guaranteed buyer. This helps remove the uncertainty of selling on the open market, reduce delays and provide greater confidence around moving timescales.
Ezymove can also support buyers who have found their ideal Allison home but have not yet sold their current property. Through the scheme, Allison Homes East can assist with the sales process, including arranging valuations, agreeing a realistic marketing price and appointing an estate agent to market the property. On Sunday 28th June, Allison Homes East will also host its ‘Coffee and Questions’ event at The Oaks, from 10am to 5pm.
The relaxed event will give visitors the opportunity to drop in, enjoy a coffee and chat through any questions they may have about buying a new home. Visitors will also be able to explore the development’s three and four bedroom homes, with the sales team on hand throughout the day to help buyers feel comfortable with their next steps.
